The backbone of team Redcow is formed around Dave and Leanne who bring a wealth of experience in many areas of business.

Leanne Chapman – Managing Director
Excellence, not average, is Leanne’s focus and she strives to help those around her to achieve excellence in all that they do. These high standards ensure that our customers’
expectations are not only met, but often exceeded.
Leanne began her working life in Dublin, Ireland, where she quickly climbed the ladder of success, transitioning from the assistant accountant to company accountant while based in Ireland, to becoming the general manager for the New Zealand operation. During this time as general manager and company accountant she learned a huge amount about leadership, strategic management and financial management.
Her notable skills include: strategic thinking, tourism expertise, business growth, business analysis and attention to detail. Being an integral part of a software company for 10 years she also has a huge amount of experience in website software, website management, website usability, design of best layout and overall software management.
Leanne has a creative but logical approach to business. She has a very strong focus on the direction a company should take and an ability to project strategies into the future, enabling her to predict the pitfalls and possible blocks before they happen. As such, she can also set efficient and successful strategies for all of our clients that allow them to increase their business, cashflow and profit.
Leanne has a new-age leadership style, which allows her to get the best from her team while ensuring the customer receives the best result for them. Leanne is assets driven and believes that people should be allowed to focus on their strengths. When this strength is allowed to grow the results from people become evident and thus her entire team flourish.
Leanne’s leadership, new-age techniques and ability to take the ordinary and make it simply amazing helps not only the success of Redcow Marketing, but the entire client-base who work with Redcow to succeed as well.

Dave Lemmon – Business Development Director
Dave is a technology and business visionary with executive and hands on experience with large enterprise, million dollar software systems. He has a strong record of success in creating robust IT systems and infrastructures, along with a proven ability to bring the benefits of IT to solve business issues while managing development costs and risks.
In past roles, Dave was involved in providing strategic directions to senior management on technology, and selling its benefits to other business units. He now uses these skills to ensure all customers have the best marketing platform to suit their goals.
Dave has managed the development of all IT operational development programs and software teams for a software company in Dublin, Ireland where he was exposed to many technology breakthroughs. With these skills he can offer customers a wide range of Internet related knowledge along with a creative spirit to ensure success in all areas of the web.
With 12 years experience managing software and marketing systems for large international companies he decided to break out together with Leanne Chapman to start up a new venture where they could capitalise on their skills with Internet software, website salesmanship and online marketing, and deliver an exceptional service to new customers. With this in mind, Redcow Marketing was formed.
Dave looks at marketing from all sides of the equation. He calls this the full online marketing process. He really cares about every client and wants to see them all succeed. He loves breaking traditional moulds and his creativeness allows him to break into new areas of marketing potential for clients. He is very passionate about his work, and loves working on projects with clients and enjoys seeing what he can do for a business. He is very future focused, and this helps him to continually see more and more ways in which he can help a client.

Kirsten Campbell – Office Manager
Kirsten is our office manager, and is the friendly voice on the other end of the phone when you call. She has an amazing ability to keep the whole team focused; organised and well looked after as well as making sure our clients have everything they need.
Kirsten has an extensive range of skills, from testing websites right through to accounting and administration, and loves to master each new task that comes her way. Her role includes managing the office, accounting functions, organising the Redcow meetings (and staff!), liaising with clients and basically keeping us on track for success.
Kirsten has recently acquired more skills such as website testing, website usability and search engine optimisation. She can often be seen looking over Bradley’s shoulder, with an eye on learning the next big thing he is working on!
While at work Kirsten offers help and support to everyone within our team to ensure we all maximise our potential, she also has a natural talent of lifting the spirits of those around her and an amazing ability to stay calm when the pressure is on – making her a true asset to the Redcow team.
When she’s not at work, Kirsten likes to do salsa, relax with a book, or take part in almost any other activity. She suffers from acute FOMO (fear of missing out), which leads to a lot of adventures!

Bradley Campbell – Technical Analyst
Bradley is our Senior Web Developer/Technical Analyst. He manages our web hosting systems, and is our WordPress extraordinaire who is able to take our creative projects and turn them into web platforms. With over 100 websites under his command, Bradley lives and breathes this technical role each and every minute of the day.
Bradley is the “quiet one” of our team yet he excels in his ability to develop websites that shout from the roof tops! He also sets up all analytical interfaces required for our ongoing data analysis, and is in sole charge of setting up and managing all hosted websites for our clients.
With a desire for technical challenges, Bradley delivers a high standard in all that he does. Bradley’s skills in systems administration, hosting management, web development, and analytic tracking ensure that we have excellent systems for our customers.
Bradley has a natural competitive streak which makes him want to improve all the time and strive to find new and better ways (a key talent in the ever changing software industry!). That, along with his methodical, calm and knowledgeable approach, you can rest assured that your website is in safe hands.

Mike Chapman – Creative Manager
Mike, our creative manager, is the person behind all the visual creations for both our clients and us. Mike has a wonderful ability to be logical with his design layouts as well as having true creative flair. An expert with all design tools and software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and all things Adobe related, he has the technical skills to allow his creativity to shine.
Mixed with his high quality design skills, Mike is very adept at writing amazing content for our websites and landing pages. His desire for perfection and excellence enables us to stay ahead of the curve in regards to quality, creative design and usability.
Mike not only loves web design but pretty much any creative project from print design and layout, to personal projects with his family. Be it on paper, computer screen or in real world projects, Mike has a strong attention to detail that ensures his creativity is to a high standard – always.
